South side of State Road 1013 by Wilbur Watson's, between Hillsboro
and Plummer's Landing in Fleming CO., KY. The inscription on the head
stone reads "Lucinda wife of William FAWNS, 17 FEB 1827-12 SEP 1886".

There is information that William and Louisa had a daughter but her
name is not know. This was passed on by Wyndal Staggs, William's
grandson in March 2002.
Louisa FAWNS died around 1898 and William remarried 1899 to Nora R.
McROBERTS.

[324] BIO:James B. FONES purchased a 150 acre track of land which was called
Kellys Cliffs after the original owner along the Rappahannock River
that later became known as FONES Cliffs and is still called that
today.
"Richmond County Virginia" published in 1976 by the "Richmond County
Bicentennial Committee", printed by Whittet & Shepperson, Richmond,
VA., list James B. FONES as "overseer of the poor" with his term
beginning as of the 6th of May 1850. James B. FONES is also listed as
being "Justice of the County Court" with his term beginning as of the
28th of June 1852.
Westmoreland County Virginia loose chancery papers 1804-1864
1844-04: filed 1841; Orator: John Spillman, Sr.
Octavas A. HARVEY, one of the Deputy Sheriffs of Westmoreland County,
having in his hand two executions against William J. TRUEONE for the
benefit of James B. FONES, and the other for Benjamin F. SMOOT. HARVEY
levied both executions on a negro boy named REUBEN, the property of
the orator, purchased by him of the said TRUE and for whom, together
with HANNAH his mother and SARAH and NANCY her two children, the
orator holds a bill of sale. TRUE still has possession of the boy.
The orator wishes to stop the sale of the boy.
