There is information that William and Louisa had a daughter but her
name is not know. This was passed on by Wyndal STAGGS, William's
grandson in March 2002.
Louisa FAWNS died around 1898 and William remarried 1899 to Nora R.
McROBERTS.

Kellys Cliffs after the original owner along the Rappahannock River
that later became known as FONES Cliffs and is still called that
today.
"Richmond County Virginia" published in 1976 by the "Richmond County
Bicentennial Committee", printed by Whittet & Shepperson, Richmond,
VA., list James B. FONES as "overseer of the poor" with his term
beginning as of the 6th of May 1850. James B. FONES is also listed as
being "Justice of the County Court" with his term beginning as of the
28th of June 1852.

Octavas A. HARVEY, one of the Deputy Sheriffs of Westmoreland County,

The orator wishes to stop the sale of the boy.
